JumpDomain.com reviewhate jumpdomain.com First, I wish you would have kept Jumpdomain's owner name in your blog. Now, your blog hit home with me as we've experienced the same problems. Nice work on the lock-unlock hack you were able to force via the web interface.I called eNom and was instructed without hesitation, to submit a support incident on eNom's website.http://www.enom.com/contact.asp Briefly explaining, and listing my domain names that I was needing EPP codes. Good luck everyone in switching away from Jumpdomain.com

"BTW, I copied and pasted your June 18 reply from eNom and they deny any having such system for helping 'registrants that experience problems with non-responsive or out-of-business resellers.'"<br/><br/>Wow. And I thought maybe they had woken up. But that sounds about the same as I experienced myself. My only advice would be to try more support tickets with JD directly, trying various email addresses. Mine seemed to magically unstick when I reverted to my ancient @comcast.net address, which I hadn't used for anything else in years.

I've been with Jumpdomain since they started and through the web work that I do, I have amassed a collection of 122 domain names that I have to maintain (most are for others, some personal). As of right now, because of failures in JD's domain manager renewal process, it lists 17 expired names (all have been paid and processed through my credit card), with more expiring soon.I tested the system with one transfer to GoDaddy (because some former JD customers claim GoDaddy had helped them get the EPP numbers from JD), but the transfer failed, al JD support tickets have gone unanswered and its only a matter of time before I lose the names I, and a lot of paying customers, have considerable time, effort and resources invested in.Despite blog reports that eNom, GoDaddy and ICANN all have some experience dealing with the guy who owns Jumpdomain, they have all acted like mine are the first problems they have heard about JD.I have seriously considered taking a trip to Missouri, since JDs user agreement says that is the only place disgruntled customers can legally contest their service. With the prospect of losing paying customers and having my own reputation suffer because of JDs lack of support and quality, I have seriously thought about a legal remedy that includes me, eNom and Jumpdomain in a court of law, except in federal court (where I have some experience) on a RICO complaint. Given eNom's growing history of apparent collusion with resellers who defraud their customers (through eNoms system), I believe I can make a competent case.BTW, I copied and pasted your June 18 reply from eNom and they deny any having such system for helping "registrants that experience problems with non-responsive or out-of-business resellers."

I am in the process of trying to obtain my Authorization code from JumpDomain right now, so this entire post is extremely helpful and somewhat calming. Its good to know that maybe they will eventually answer my many emails and tickets I have open. I tried calling the home office, but it just answers and hangs up. Very frustrating.Anyhow...I appreciate your further evidence of their being a "shithole".
